- Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.
- Deliveries are made on business days. (From Monday to Friday)

- If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at sales@pantherwill.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!
- Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
- Please note that your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties in the country to which it is shipped. The recipient of the package is responsible for all such fees and taxes.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
- In the event that an order is returned due to incorrect or missing address information, we regret to inform you that shipping fees are non-refundable. We are pleased to offer to re-ship the order to the correct address, but please note that additional shipping charges will apply for the re-shipment.
